Managing brands on the Friend2Friend Platform account

Starter, Standard and Premium pricing levels

Note that Starter and Standard Platform subscribers are limited to one user (login) and one brand. Premium Platform subscribers are limited to five users (logins) and one brand. Adding new brands to the Friend2Friend Platform

Each Friend2Friend Platform account can manage different "Brands" if needed. 

For Agency customers of the Platform this is important, as having the possibility to manage multiple brands from a single Platform account allows Agencies to have separated engagement apps and logins for each client, and at the same time secure and separate one from another.

Depending on your Platform account provisioning, your account may be able to manage one or more brands.

Adding a new brand is super easy: 

  • Once logged into the Platform, click on "Settings" in the top-right corner.
  • Click on the "Brands" section.
  • Click on the "+ Create Brand" button.
  • Enter the name of your new brand.
  • Click on "Create Brand" and your new brand will be created and appear in the list of brands on the left column. You will also have the option to manage the Social Accounts connected to that new brand, and manage users permissions.

If you cannot add a brand, it's probably because you are not provisioned for more brands. Contact us to configure your account for more brands. 

Changing the name of a brand on a Platform

  • Once logged into the Platform, click on "Settings" in the upper-right corner.
  • Click on the "Brands" section.
  • Click on the brand you want to rename from the left-hand side list, and then update the name in the "Brand name" field.
  • Click on the "Save Changes" button and the new name will be saved.
